Broadened Perspective: Experience a different plant setting to expand your understanding.
Strategic Leadership: Learn about change management, team leadership, and delve into financial acumen and operational excellence.
Executive Sponsorship: Each participant is paired with an executive leader for personalized guidance.
Leadership Workshops: Enhance your skills through expert-led workshops.
Networking Opportunities: Build valuable connections within and beyond MacLean-Fogg.
Community Engagement: Get involved in community service and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Regular Assessments: Track your progress through continuous evaluations.
Graduation and Career Advancement: Concluding the program prepares you for potential leadership roles within MacLean-Fogg.
Do You Meet Our Candidate Criteria?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- GPA greater than 3.0
- Transcripts are required
- Less than 18 months of post-graduation work experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Internship, prior research, or co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Unrestricted work authorization in United States
