  • GPA greater than 3.0
  • Transcripts are required
  • Less than 18 months of post-graduation work experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Internship, prior research, or co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing
